Hotel accommodations:
Refer to the list of hotels and make your own
reservations and pay the appropriate fees. Special room
rates have been negotiated with area hotels and you need to
mention that you are a conference participant
to receive the discounted rates.

The conference is open to everyone, particularly,
African immigrants and non-immigrants from across the United
States and members of the African diplomatic community,
Africans in the Diaspora, More details at a later

How Can I volunteer for the Conference?
Volunteers are welcome.
Organizers are looking for volunteers to help with the holding
of the conference, with
on-site registration, material handling and processing,
ushers, make phone calls, sell tickets, local transportation,
meeting room logistics, and information dissemination, and VIP
assistance.

Volunteers working a total of 8 hours
prior to the summit disseminating information and posting
posters are entitled to a complimentary registration granting
the volunteer access to the ticketed events.
Are Exhibitors and/or Vendors allowed at the
conference?

appropriate form and pay the appropriate fees.
